Meet Ashley

I’m a wellness professional whose passion is working with clients looking to improve their overall health and wellness so they can feel well from the inside out. I believe the key to a happy, well-balanced diet goes beyond the food you eat, and my goal is to ensure my clients feel empowered in their everyday food and wellness choices. Together, we will work to explore what your body needs to thrive in the day-to-day world.

After leaving the corporate world in 2015, I studied to become a full-time yoga instructor and personal trainer. I’ve been featured on Good Day Columbus and am the creator of the class Yin/Yang at The Fitness Loft Columbus. This class combines 30 minutes of heart-pumping high-intensity interval training with 30 minutes of slow-flow vinyasa yoga; the perfect class for a powerful mind-body experience. After moving from Columbus to NYC, you could find me training clients and teaching classes all over Manhattan, including for NBC Studios at Rockefeller Center.

In addition to my Yoga and Personal Training certifications, I’m an IIN-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) and have a NASM specialization in Behavior Change. I have a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Nutrition with a focus on Herbalism from Maryland University of Integrative Health.

My path has led me from corporate life to fitness instructor and trainer to functional nutritionist. I chose to pursue this path after recovering from gut health issues that left me feeling less than my best. If you’re feeling that way, too, we can work together to make the necessary changes to support your long-term health.

While my passion now lies in holistic and functional health, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Promotional Communication and Journalism from Cleveland State University.
